To qualify to become a member of the North State Food Bank, your organization must be a 501c3 non-profit that is able to provide food to the needy in one of the following six counties: Butte, Glenn, Tehama, Colusa, Plumas, and Sierra.

Examples of eligible organizations are: Homeless programs, Soup Kitchens, afterschool programs serving low income families, Group Homes, Churches, and rehabilitation programs.

Food resources are available at no cost and/or low cost participant fee, which ranges from “free” up to .19 cents per pound. This is a wonderful way for organizations to help fight hunger in our communities.
